Exporting video from Final Cut Pro
The suggested steps for exporting video from Final Cut Pro for publishing online within this system or other websites.
- Start Final Cut Pro and open the sequence you wish to output
- Choose File, Export and select "Export using Quicktime Conversion"
- In the dialog box that appears give the file a name
- At the bottom, set format to "MPEG-4"
- Beneath the format setting, next to Use:, select "Broadband - High"
- Click Save.
The file that's generated may then be uploaded to this system by selecting Add to folder, File. To embed the video file in a page, see the instructions on embedding video files.
